Adamstown is new development in West Dublin consisting of houses, townhouses, apartments, schools, shops and train station. In order to sell from plans the developer built a marketing suite to compliment the various show units.

C3imaging were asked to fit out a stunning new marketing suite in order to portray all amenities and benefits of living in this new area. The full project included printing and installation of material for the interior and exterior of the building.

On the exterior, C3imaging constructed and installed a number of items including signs, lightboxes and windbreakers.

Adamstown Sign: C3imaging built and installed a large sign for the front of the building which consisted of the Adamstown logo cut out of brushed aluminium and backlit with the lettering cut out of foamex.

External Lightbox: At the side of the building, C3imaging installed a 4m Flexface lightbox.

Windbreakers: C3imaging printed and supplied the full range of windbreakers on the outside of the building which consisted of 140 2mx1m windbreakers in total.

The interior of the marketing suite involved producing wall banners, lightboxes, 3D boards and decorative signs for glass panels.

Banners: Vinyl banners were produced for the inside of the marketing suite which were produced to cover full walls. These banners illustrated development information and graphically detailed maps.

Internal Lightboxes: C3imaging installed 26 circular lightboxes in total for the interior of the marketing suite. This included a 4m diameter lightbox with a backlit vinyl which was a fundamental feature of the suite.

3D Boards: C3imaging also printed and mounted two large 3D boxes on to the walls along with various decals placed on glass panels.

The installation of the full project took two weeks to conclude. Along with the launch of new phases in the development, many graphics in the marketing suite are being adapted and changed.

A comprehensive knowledge of the project allowed C3imaging to produce a professional and inviting marketing suite that has allowed the client to arouse the interest of potential clients in the development.
