Rising to the Challenge Road-show.....

C3imaging were approached to produce a versatile road-show promoting climate change awareness. The road show, which was to travel around 15 different locations in Somerset, needed to be light weight, easy to assemble and fit into a transit van when broken down.

The client brief:
The road show was to contain several distinct areas -a café area where members of the local community can sit and relax whilst having refreshments indoor or outdoor, a children’s play area and three workstations for laptops. The laptop stations were to be powered by solar power that was provided by the client.  The client also required a popup display system with a 32” plasma screen showing a short film or slide show also powered by solar power.

The full road show was to be used at both large and small festivals and any indoor corporate events or seminars, traveling around 15 different locations in Somerset.

Working closely with the client on the full project, C3imaging provided the following solutions:

Gazebo:  A popup gazebo with full colour graphics on the sides only and vinyl cut graphics to front header and top, to give maximum impact, can be separated in two sections for large or small road-shows. The full stand consists of 2 off 3m x 6m gazebo, side walling back and sides, 2x junction collars and 8x weights.

Flooring: 54 square meters of interlock flooring for inside and outside decking, coir Angengo matting on top (coconut matting), cut and fit to size for the inside of the stand.

Bar: The bar needed to be portable and was made up from quick and easy to assemble modular kit.
It consisted of one straight at 1290mm wide x 500mm deep, 1200 high sections and two curved at 1765mm x 785mm deep, 1200 high, with built in fridge. C3imaging also supplied the printed graphics around the front, with a beach wooden top. This part of the stand also included 3 printed FABRIC back drops behind bar 1000mm x 3000mm.

Laptop work-booth stations: C3imaging provided a suitable workplace for three laptops at desk level height 700mm, laptops to be secured down (client to supply laptops) x 3 branded directors chairs.

Flags: C3imaging supplied 2 pop-up full colour printed feather shaped flags.

Pop-up Display: C3imaging recommended a 3x3 Jumbo pop-up with built in table for clients plasma TV for short films or slide show.

Tables: X 4 Pop-up tables 700mm x 700mm & printed paper table cloths / X 2 children’s tables.

Chairs: X 16 Directors chairs with choice of colour canvas. / X 2 Directors Bar stools.

Fabric Drops: X 4 fabric drops to fit along 3metre wall, 2.9m high x 750mm wide.

Banners: X 2 PVC banners 3m x 750mm, hem and eyeleted to use for other shows and talks.

Fitting and storage: C3imaging provided the additional service of storing the road show over a four month period, delivering and installing the stand on location when needed.
